Any confirmed booking processed through Rewerio's booking engine or OTA channels. Reservations made by the booking engine are percentage charged, and reservations made through OTA channels are flat-rate. Reservations that are user made by a direct entry in the system are not charged. Cancelled reservations are also not charged.

A resource is anything that can be booked — a boat, a car, a guide, a room. For example, if you have 4 boats, you need 4 resource objects.
